Rôle de l’Aloe vera et santé intestinale
L’aloes vera pur stabilisé, consommé sous forme liquide et quotidiennement, joue un rôle prébiotique dans le corps. Prébiotique car il prépare en quelque sorte la voie intestinale en prenant soin (réduction de l’inflammation notamment) des microvillosités qui tapissent l’intérieur de notre tube digestif.
